The Dodge Challenger is one of the most well known muscle cars ever produced by Detroit. 1970 was the Challenger's first, and arguably best, model year. It could be fitted with anything from the venerable slant-six to the legendary 426C.I. HEMI V8. This 1970 Challenger R/T is fitted with the well respected and potent 383C.I. Magnum V8 topped with a 4-barrel carburetor, mated to the heavy-duty A727 TorqueFlite automatic that has gained a reputation for it's immense strength. Other features include power steering, J45 hood pins, Rallye instrument cluster with tachometer, chrome racing mirrors, and dual exhaust with chrome tips. Inside you'll find the high trim grade black vinyl bucket seat interior with center condole and full door panels. The exterior is finished in one of Chrysler's popular and desirable Hi-Impact Paint (HIP) colors, this one is FY1 code Top Banana and is accented nicely by the V6X horizontal R/T side stripe.
