Due to changing safety regulations happening from 1972-1974 the 1973 Corvette got the sleek looking integrated bumper in the front for the first time but was able to retain it's chrome rear bumper until the next model year. This makes the '73 a true one-year-only design that surely deserves some respect among Corvette enthusiasts. Corvette designer Larry Shinoda even called the '73 one of his favorites because he felt it was the closest representation to the original Mako Shark II design. Under the hood of this example sits it's numbers matching 350C.I. V8 engine mated to a strong Turbo-Hydramatic 400 transmission. This Corvette is loaded with options that make it a great touring car, including factory air conditioning, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, power windows, AM/FM stereo, power steering, power disc brakes, T-tops, and a supple leather interior. This 'Vette also comes with some great documentation that includes the original window sticker, dealer invoice, original title, original warranty booklet, and more! As previously mentioned, the interior was optioned with a supple Medium Saddle leather interior that is in excellent condition and even features 3-point seatbelts for added safety. The exterior is finished in correct Classic White, accented by the glittering chrome trim and popular Chevy Rally wheels. And when you're ready for a Sunday drive, the T-tops are easily removable and store neatly in their own bags behind the seats.
