Chrysler designers took the Plymouth Valiant design and tweaked it into a graceful two-door fastback that sported the largest single piece of glass ever fitted to a normal production car at the time. The Barracuda was born, named after one of the most feared vicious fish in the world. The Barracuda was successfully introduced for the 1964 model year and beat the Mustang to market by two weeks. Of course, we all know the story of the Mustang and it's success, but the Barracuda offered a unique experience for those that wanted something a little different. This already stunning car also comes with it's original window sticker, adding to it's collectability even more. Other features include power steering, A01 light package, 3-speed windshield wipers, fender mounted turn signal indicators, A04 basic package, belt and body side moldings, and many other standard features included on the GTX. The exterior is finished in correct Y2 Sunfire Yellow and is accented by the correct V1X black vinyl top which is in excellent condition.
