The 400 trim level was the highest you could have, and it shows in this stunning individual. Under the hood is the powerful 359C.I. straight-8 engine making a stunning 212hp and 330lb-ft of torque, extremely impressive numbers for it's day. That powerplant is mated to a Packard Ultramatic automatic transmission that provides smooth and effortless power delivery. It's smooth flowing lines with short fins was a charming mix of classic and modern styling for it's day, that assured you Packard was the best of old and new.
